Regional colonial economies

Chesapeake, New England, and the Middle Colonies.

Explanation

The Chesapeake colonies developed economies strongly tied to tobacco and labor-intensive agriculture. New England communities developed around towns, family farms, commerce, and religious institutions. Middle colonies became more diverse and developed productive agricultural and trading economies.
